The navigation view depends on the user role (here the view of Program Manager, Portal Administrator & Card Administrator).
These functions are available to all roles equally.

You can find your personal profile settings at the top right of the portal:

Profile settings (user profile)
If you have several agreements or roles, you can switch to a different agreement or user role in the user profile area under Change Portal view.
Change agreement or role
- You can view your stored email address in the portal under Profile settings > Personal details.
- If you would like to change your email address, please contact your AirPlus Service Team.
- Please note: Changing your email address will also change the username you use when logging in.
