Process flow for MICE bookings
AirPlus Company Account

The Corporate customer
makes an event booking through an intermediary and, if necessary, additional services.
The Intermediary
generates a booking and sends a declaration of assumption of costs with detailed information (services to be billed, invoice recipient/address) to the acceptance partner.
After the event: information invoice to the intermediary for approval.
Depending on the agreement,
an extra approval
from the
customer may be needed
if the invoice amount deviates
from the original booking.
The intermediary transmits the invoice data to AirPlus; the payment process is initiated.
In case the booking takes place in Germany & the Company Account holder is based in Germany too.
In case the booking takes place outside Germany, or the Company Account holder is not based in Germany, AirPlus sends only a statement for payment to the customer.
