Until all your AirPlus Company Accounts are migrated, you can still receive your data from our previous IP address: 193.254.30.34.

We kindly ask you to add the new IP address for AirPlus and to enable it in your firewall if necessary. You will then be able to process your data as usual and receive your transactions and billing data for your AirPlus Company Account transactions.

Please also add the new public SSH RSA key

in your settings. The new SSH RSA key is: iom_ebilling_ssh_sftp.pub

If you have already added these new settings, there is no action required on your part. You will receive your AirPlus Company Account data over the new IP address. If not, please set up the new delivery method immediately. We will inform you by email about the planned timing of the migration soon.

AirPlus products are being gradually moved to new systems. During this transition period, you will receive your electronic data from two different IT systems. The data for AirPlus Company Account transactions will be provided in its own file on your SFTP server.
