AirPlus Portal
Overview of Roles and Rights
- Each AirPlus Portal user is assigned to one or more role(s) with a set of predefined functions. All portal functions can be assigned and executed via these predefined roles.
- Additionally, each user can be assigned to certain agreements, products and AirPlus frameworks.
- Users who have more than one role can switch between the roles using the “Change Portal View" function in their profile menu.

Lodged Products summarizes the products AirPlus Company Account, AirPlus Travel Trade Account and AirPlus Debit Account.
Overview of current roles
The following roles have been predefined in the AirPlus Portal:
- Program Manager
- Portal Administrator
- Card Administrator
- Electronic Billing User
- Accountant
- Intelligence User
- Card User (Corporate Cards)
- Card User (Virtual Cards)
Program Manager
The role of the Program Manager is the first user in the AirPlus Portal. As a superuser, this role has the most comprehensive rights. It has access to all functions and can administer all other portal roles and users.

- Viewing the configuration of the company's Subscriber Agreement with all associated AirPlus products
- Viewing overall limit of the company
- Managing users: creating, deleting and assigning users to roles and specific agreements, products or frameworks
- Managing frameworks, card or account programs
- Viewing authorizations and transactions, disputing transactions
- Viewing and downloading statements
- Viewing and downloading Electronic Billing data
- Access to lists, reports and AirPlus Intelligence
Specific Rights for AirPlus Virtual Cards
- Creating, adapting and viewing frameworks for Virtual Cards
- Viewing and generating AirPlus Virtual Cards
- Blocking cards
- Defining security and card settings for card usage (e.g. Descriptive Billing Information (DBI) and validity)
- Downloading virtual card PDFs
- Defining budget and time frame for Card Users (Virtual Cards)
Specific Rights for AirPlus Corporate Cards
- Creating, approving and sending out card applications
- Temporarily/permanently blocking cards and ordering replacement cards
- Defining security and card settings for card usage (e.g. Descriptive Billing Information (DBI), limit)
- Creating card lists
- Pulling Delinquency Reports
Specific Rights for
AirPlus Company Account, AirPlus Debit Account and
Travel Trade Accounts
- Creating, adapting, viewing and approving frameworks and cards/Accounts
- Viewing full card/Account number
- Temporarily blocking and cancelling
- Defining settings (e.g.Descriptive Billing
Information (DBI), electronic billing configuration, limit) - Creating card/Account lists
- Enhance transactions with DBI
Portal Administrator
The role of the Portal Administrator operates on the second-highest functional level and has extensive user rights within an authorization. This role can be assigned either by a Program Manager or another Portal Administrator.

* Portal Administrators may only remove assignment
rights from users who have a role lower than their own (e. g. Card Administrator or Accountant).

Electronic Billing User
The role of the Electronic Billing User is authorized to manage statements and electronic billing data for assigned AirPlus products or frameworks.
