How does the Telemedicine Assistance Service work?
The Telemedicine Assistance Service facilitates an initial medical consultation for your business staff members during business trips at home and abroad. If your travelers experience health problems or feel unwell while on the road, now they can request a telephone or video call consultation and examination from a competent and qualified general practitioner easily and fussfree. The service is provided to AirPlus customers who have purchased products that include insurance coverage. It is available around the clock anywhere in the world in six languages: German, English, Spanish, French, Italian, and Portuguese.

The Telemedicine Assistance Service is available at any time on any domestic or international business trip to business travelers who pay through AirPlus Virtual Cards or the AirPlus Company Account and have included AirPlus Travel Insurance. Staff members on domestic trips are eligible if their destination is 100 or more kilometers from their home and for up to 90 days during international travel.
