• No, doctors prescribe where it is legally possible. Usually, there is no limitation in most European countries, USA and Canada. In LATAM and outside of Europe it varies per country.

4. Will the doctor’s prescription be valid in any country the customer is travelling?

Phone call: A slot will be provided within 1 hour with English/Spanish/Portuguese speaking doctors, within 3 hours for French, German and Italian speaking doctors

Video call: A slot will be provided within two hours, e.g. if you request at 2 pm, you get an appointment at 4 pm.

Please select the “Frameworks ” tab in the main navigation. Then go to “Latest order forms” and click on the latest document. For new ordered frameworks the access code will be displayed in the final process step " Conformation"

For new and updated accounts:

Please select the “Frameworks” tab in the main navigation bar Then go to the column “Status”, choose your framework, click on the three dots next to “Active” and choose “Edit” Click “Next” button until you come to the last step. There the access code will be displayed.

For existing accounts:

Potentially yes, but for now we are focusing on AirPlus Company Account and AirPlus Virtual Cards due to the fact we already have CoCa packages in place.

9. Will CoCa be in scope in the near future?

The access code will be provided by AirPlus Travel Management.

All AirPlus employees - except for Canada China and Japan – can use Telemedicine on their business trips.

8. Can AirPlus employees use the Telemedicine service on business trips and where can they get the access code?

No, it is an additional service.

7. Does this service replace the existing telephonically medical assistance which is a part of the Travel Insurance policy?

It is not a USP of AirPlus, e. g. Miles&More provides the service too. Nevertheless, it is a great additional value for our customers.
